Consumer Support
To place orders, you must register on the site, creating a user with a personal and non-transferable password.
After logging in, just add the desired products to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart at any time and complete your purchase.
After filling in the billing and delivery details (name, address, NIF), choose your payment method and complete your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order and payment details.
Attention, it is possible that the confirmation email will be forwarded to the “Spam” box. To prevent this from happening, you must mark the Tradição Natural email – naturscbraga@gmail.com, as not being “Spam” or save it in your contacts.
Your order will only be processed after confirmation of payment, so it is subject to the availability of products in stock. If, at the time of order processing, your products are unavailable, Tradição Natural will contact you.
If you do not wish to register on our website, simply fill in the necessary data when making your purchase.

Tradição Natural is not responsible for the veracity disclosed by the producers, believing that the brands it works with are worthy of our complete trust.
Provided that the shipment is to Portugal, and unless you indicate otherwise, your invoice will be sent to your email and entered in the finances by the 15th of each month.
Your order will be canceled if, after 48 hours, you have not paid for it.
About the Products
Whenever possible, suppliers’ boxes will be reused, the intention is to reduce the waste created by giving cardboard boxes a new path. The same goes for conditioning the products inside the box, we can reuse protective plastic from shipments from our suppliers.
When necessary, new boxes will be purchased, in recycled and recyclable cardboard.
Your order will be delivered to you within a period of 24 to 72 hours. Waiting time may vary depending on the following factors:
– Selected shipping type – non-urgent or urgent
– Payment validation.
– Availability, whenever a product is not available, it will be duly informed in the online store.
– Delays by third parties unrelated to Tradição Natural, whenever a supplier delays the delivery of a product that is out of stock; or any delay by the carrier.
Any delay due to the points described above are not grounds for compensation.
If the delivery data is incorrect or incomplete, Tradição Natural is not responsible for any delay or loss of your order.
If, after all contacts by the carrier, your order is returned to Tradição Natural, the transport costs of a new shipment will be borne by you.
Before making your payment, the calculation of the same will be made and presented.
These calculations are made taking into account the weight of the order and its destination.
